My name is Leonardo Novais. Brazilian, 37 years old and sports is my passion! I own a graduation degree in Physical Education in Brazil (College Degree and Bachelors Degree). I’ve published many scientific articles at American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and I’m specialized in biomechanics.
As a Martial art lover, I could dedicate myself to it and I achieved the highest level in Brazilian JiuJitsu, when I got my Black Belt in 2016.
I’ve been working in the fitness industry for more than15 years, as a Strength and Conditioning coach and personal trainer.
